Patient Documents

The Patient Documents app allows doctors to view existing records from the patient's Clinical Records tab.

After searching for a patient using the Patient Search, a list of 10 documents will be displayed, with the most recent documents appearing first.

• If more than 10 documents exist for the patient, a Load More button will be displayed at the bottom of the screen to make another 10 documents available.
• From the list of documents, you can select the blue folder icon on the right-hand side of each row to open the record.
• After selecting the folder icon to open a document, the document will open in a new window for viewing. In some cases, you may be prompted to allow pop-ups or need to select the View Document button to open the document. This may differ depending on the type of device or browser in use, as well as the type of document being opened.
