Navigating the patient file


HealthTrack is a Patient-Centric system. So it will always have a patient open in the main HealthTrack screen, which is indicated by the patient banner along the top.

The Patient Banner will display the key patient information and will remain visible across all patient tabs.


1. The Demographic Tab

  • The demographic tab displays the following patient information:
    • Patient's address
    • Contact information
    • Patient Photo
    • Medical Funds and billing information
    • Attending Doctor and GP information
    • Employment Details
    • Patient Connect Programs
    • Patient Notes
    • Patient Alerts

2. The Bookings Tab

The Bookings Tab displays past and future Bookings specifically for the patient. You can filter to specific Locations, Booked MO, Status, Booking Type etc.


3. The Documents Tab

  • View all stored documents for the patient.
  • Sort documents by date or category.
  • Create or Import new Documents into the patients file.

4. The Discussions Tab

  • Use the discussions tab to log:
    • Phone conversations
    • In-person conversations
    • Emails

5. The Clinical Summary Tab

  • Clinical staff can enter:
    • Patient conditions
    • Current medications
    • Clinical notes
    • Prescriptions and tests.

6. Clinical Records Tab

  • View all stored clinical details and clinical reports of the patient.
  • Sort Clinical Records by date or category.

7. Patient Management Tab

  • Track referrals and tasks specific to the open patient in the patient management section.
