How to create a clinical record
1. Create a Clinical Record
- Navigate to the clinical records tab.
- Select the appropriate folder on the left-hand side for the clinical record you want to create.
- Click on the 'New' button to create a clinical record.
2. Fill in Clinical Record Information
- The Clinical Record appear on your screen.
- Navigate through various tabs to input necessary information:
- Reporting MO
- Scientific officer
- Medications
- Measurements
- Report associated with the clinical record.
3. Save the Clinical Record
- Once all information is filled in, save the clinical record.
4. Assign the Clinical Record
- Click on the 'Info' button to assign the clinical record to the Reporting Doctor.
- Mark the Owner Approver and change the status to 'Approval Waiting'.
5. Update Clinical Record Status
- Changing the status to 'Approval Waiting' will:
- Move the clinical record to the Owner Approver's dashboard (typically the Reporting Doctor's dashboard).
- Update the symbol next to the date to indicate the assignment of the clinical record.
