How to add referring doctors

To add a referring doctor to HealthTrack, navigate to Admin > Referring MO details or use the keyboard shortcut F9

Before adding a referring MO, search first using the first three letters of the surname + the first letter of the first name to ensure they don’t already exist in the system.

Select New at the bottom of the screen.
Enter all known details into the displayed fields.
Select Save at the bottom of the screen.
