How to view messages sent to a patient

  • Navigate to Admin > Notifications & Messages > View Messages.

  • In the View Messages screen, there are four tabs where you can view inbound SMS, outbound SMS, Outbound Emails and Outbound Errors.
  • The message logs can be searched by typing in the white fields under the column headings (i.e. in the Patient ID field).
  • Right-click on a particular message to 'Go to Patient' or 'Open Booking'.

For further information, you can select the Info button next to a particular message to open the SMS Information screen.
