How to email a patient their booking list

You can print or save a summary of a patient’s bookings from the Bookings tab. This summary can then be emailed to the patient as an attachment or printed for them directly if needed.


The Print button on the Bookings tab generates a summary of the bookings currently displayed on screen. Filter the list first so the printout contains only the appointments you want to share.


  1. Open the patient’s record and navigate to the Bookings tab.
  2. Use the filters at the top of the screen to narrow the list. You can filter by Appointment Type, Booked MO, Status, and Location. Set the Start Date and End Date, or click Future to show upcoming appointments only.

  1. Click Refresh to update the displayed bookings.
  2. Click Print at the bottom right-hand side of the screen and then Preview to generate the booking summary.

  1. In the report preview screen, select the Send via E-Mail icon.

  1. This will prompt you to save the report as a PDF to your Computer where you can choose a file location and hit Save.
  2. After selecting Save, an outbound email will open in your default mail app, with the booking summary attached.
  3. Enter the patient's email address, type a message and select Send.
