How to find the next available Booking

In HealthTrack, you can quickly locate the next available booking slot for a patient, and these searches can be filtered by the following fields: Booking Type, Attending MO, and Location.

There are two ways to find the next available booking:
1. Navigate to Diary > Find next available booking.
2. Navigate to the Diary (Shortcut: Ctrl + D). At the bottom left-hand side of the screen, select the Find Next button.

The Find Booking screen will open, displaying the patient you currently have open.
Populate the Booking Type, Attending MO, and Location fields as required.

To find the next available booking, at least one of the above fields needs to be specified. For example, all 3 fields cannot be selected as 'All'.

Select the required start date from when you would like to begin the search.
- You can search for bookings in 4 week blocks.
