How to use the Dr Dashboard
The HealthTrack dashboard gives doctors a quick view of daily tasks and actions. Each dashboard shows a set of interactive widgets. Click any widget to go to the related function screen.
About the Dr Dashboard
- The Dr Dashboard is accessible via Practice Wide > My Dashboard.
- The Dr Dashboard is a system default dashboard with 8 preset widgets. It cannot be edited.

System default dashboards (Doctor and Reception) are view-only. To create a custom dashboard, go to Admin > Dashboard Management.
How the Dr Dashboard is assigned
The Dr Dashboard is automatically your default when all three of the following conditions are met:
- You are assigned the Doctor security group
- In File > User Preferences, Doctor Management Role is set to Doctor and the Default Dashboard is set to to System Default.
Setting dashboard preferences
- Go to File > User Preferences.
- In the Default Dashboard field, select the dashboard you want as your default.

- In the Open at Startup field, select the dashboard(s) to open on login.

- Click
Save.
Navigate the dashboard
Click any widget to open its related screen. Each widget also displays a count summary so you can assess your workload at a glance.
