How to restrict user access to a Location

Restricting Location Access

1. To activate the restriction for a particular location, go to Admin > Locations and Rooms > Locations and Rooms Manager.
2. Select a location and press Edit .
3. Then, tick the 'Restrict Viewing Access to Location' and/or the 'Restrict Billing Access to Location' check-boxes.

Adding Location Permissions

1. To then assign Viewing/Billing access to a particular user, navigate to Admin > Security > Security and Permissions.
2. Select the correct user from the column on the left.
3. Tick the 'Show Permissions' check-box.
4. Select Add Location Permissions  to open up the Add Location Permissions screen.

5. Update the Viewing and Billing Permissions for the location as required.
6. Select Save.
