How to add default interested parties

Default interested parties can be added to a patient's file to record the parties who require a copy of correspondence about the patient. These interested parties are then automatically included on the Distribution List whenever a patient record needs to be shared.   


  1. Navigate to the patient's Demographics screen.
  2. Select the Interested Parties button.

  1. In the screen that pops up, tick any required interested parties for the patient.

  1. Select Save.

Following the above steps will ensure that any records made for the patient will be automatically distributed to the selected Interested Parties.
