  2. In the Measurements section, click New.
  3. Fill in the relevant measurement fields.
  4. Click Save.

Viewing Measurements

The Measurements table in the Clinical Summary tab displays each set of recorded measurements as a row, along with the date and location of the booking where they were recorded.

Double-click any row in the table to open the corresponding Base Assessment record and view more detail.

Graphing Measurements Over Time

To view a measurement as a graph over time, double-click the column heading for that measurement in the Measurements table.

Use graphing to quickly track trends in blood pressure, weight, or BMI across multiple visits.
