Statistics Utilisation Report
The Statistics Utilisation Report shows how many diary template slots converted into actual bookings. Templates without a booking are also counted, so the report shows utilisation as a ratio of booked slots against template capacity, not just a tally of attended bookings.
- To access this report, go to Reports > Statistics - Utilisation. The Statistics-Utilisation selector opens.
- The report can be filtered using the sections displayed below.
The Arrange By section allows you to filter across either Booking Type, Doctor, Location, and Room. For example, the report can be arranged by location first, then by doctor, and finally, by booking type.
- Select a custom date range, or use the buttons to toggle to a particular period (i.e. Last Month).
- Tick any required checkboxes under the Booking Status section if needed.
- For example, tick Confirmed and No Show to compare attended bookings against missed bookings within the same period.
Use the Favourites section to save frequently used report filters for easy access. Simply populate the filters and select Save. Enter the report name and click OK.
When to use it
Run the report at the end of each month to identify doctors or locations where template capacity is under-used or where missed bookings are skewing utilisation.
The report relies on diary templates being set up. If a doctor has no template applied to a given day, those hours will not appear as available capacity in the result.
