Referrer Tracking
The Referrer Tracking menu in HealthTrack provides information about the referrals issued by Referring MOs.
The Referrer Tracking menu is accessible via Admin > Referrer Tracking.
Filtering Referral Data
The Referrer Tracking menu contains multiple sections, each which contain filters that can be used to search the Referring MOs and Referrals in the system.
The Date section specifies the overall behaviour of the Referer Tracking menu. Use the Months selector to specify a time range, or check the Custom option to allow a date range to be specified.
There are three selections available:
- No referral in previous but has referred since will display Referring MOs who had referred patients in the past, but haven't referred any patients during the specified time period.
- Has referred in previous will display Referring MOs who have referred a patient during the specified time period.
- New referrer in previous will display new Referring MOs who have referred a patient during the specified time period.
There are other optional sections which can provide further filtering:
The Referral Received By section allows a specific Location or Doctor to be selected via the Select menu.
The Internal MO filtering will only select referrals with an internal MO marked in the Referred To field. Referrals sent to a specific location will not get filtered.
Viewing and Exporting Referral Data
Once the relevant filters have been entered, press the Show button to display the results in the Result tab.
Press the Export button to export the data as a CSV file. Press the Print button to export the data as a PDF or DOCX file.
When Exporting or Printing the data, you can include/exclude individual entries using the inc checkboxes.
The Count value is a combination of two things:
- The number of unique referrals from that doctor.
- The number of additional item numbers billed where those referrals were used on the invoice.
