How to show cancelled Bookings in the Diary
Cancelled bookings are hidden in the Diary by default. Turn on the Show Cancelled view to see them alongside active bookings, for example when a patient asks about an appointment they no longer have.
Show cancelled bookings
- Open the Diary (shortcut:
Ctrl+D). - Select the Show Cancelled checkbox at the bottom of the Diary screen.
Cancelled bookings now show in the Diary alongside active bookings, with an X icon displayed on the booking.
Show Cancelled is a display filter. It only changes what the Diary shows you. Turning it on does not restore or reactivate a cancelled booking, and turning it off does not cancel anything. To bring a booking back, rebook it. See How to cancel a booking.
