Tracking Unused Referrals

HealthTrack allows you to track patients with unused referrals so that referrals that have not been booked/actioned can be reviewed and followed up on.


  1. Go to Edit > Advanced Search.

  1. In the Advanced Search screen, go to the Referrals tab.
  2. Update the 'Patients with an unused Referral, issued since:' field to the date of your choosing.
  3. Select Perform Search  to add the patients to a Worklist.
  4. Choose the 'Print' icon at the bottom of the Worklist to view the Worklist separately.

Select the 'Mail' icon to export the Worklist as a CSV file if needed.
