How to link booking types to related Clinical Records

Booking types can be linked to related Clinical Record types shown in the patient’s Clinical Records tab. This ensures that new clinical records are correctly associated with the relevant booking, based on both the clinical record type and the booking type.

1. Navigate to Admin > Diary & Bookings > Add/Modify Booking Types.
2. Select the booking type and Edit  .
3. In the 'Other Settings' tab, select Change  , next to 'Linked Clinical Records'.

4. In the 'Select Clinical Records' pop-up, choose the related clinical record/s and Select  .

5. Select Save  .
