Overview of Patient Worklists
The Patient Worklist provides a quick way to navigate between patients. It gathers names from different parts of HealthTrack and displays them in a simple, scrollable list.
What the Worklist Does

Collects patients from anywhere you see a
Send to WorklistorTo Worklistbutton.Populates automatically after you:
- Send patients to the Worklist.
- Complete an Advanced Search.
- Request a list of Recent Patients.
- Appears on the left side of your HealthTrack main screen.

If a Worklist is already open, you may need to click it on your taskbar to bring it forward.
Navigating the Worklist
- Click a patient in the list to open their record immediately.
- Use the
PreviousandNextbuttons to move through the list one record at a time. - Use the search fields beneath column headings (e.g., Family Name, Given Name) to filter the list.
Filtering is useful for large Worklists when you only need a specific subset of patients.
To remove patients from the Worklist, right-click the patient and select "Remove patient from worklist".

The Worklist can be printed via the Printer icon at the bottom of the Worklist screen. A preview report will appear where you can then print as needed.

Save a Patient Worklist
The list of patients on your Worklist can be saved to access again at a later date, or to share with another user. A saved Worklist will only include the patients on the list at the time of being saved.
- Select the
Managebutton. - Enter a List Name.
- Select or clear the Private checkbox to indicate whether other users can view this Worklist.
- Select the
Confirmbutton.

A saved Worklist can be accessed via Edit > Patient Worklist and selecting the Manage button. Select the Worklist from the table and choose 'Load' and Confirm.
