Uploading documents to My Health Record

HealthTrack uploads documents to My Health Record through Distribution. Uploads can happen automatically when a record is finalised, or be queued manually from the Distribution List.

Only the following document types can be uploaded:

  • Specialist Letter
  • Diagnostic Imaging Report

Automatic upload on finalisation

If the record type is enabled in the Auto-Upload configuration, My Health Record is added to the Distribution List when the record is finalised. The document uploads in the background as the configured My Health Record document type.

  2. Click Upload to My Health Record.
  3. On the screen that appears, select the My Health Record document type.

Exclude a record from My Health Record

If a specific record should not be uploaded, tick the Exclude from My Health Record checkbox on the Classify screen. This overrides any auto-upload configuration for that individual record.
