My Health Record overview
My Health Record is Australia's national digital health record system. HealthTrack lets your practice upload clinical documents to a patient's My Health Record and view documents other providers have uploaded.

What you can do
- View documents in a patient's My Health Record from their Demographics screen.
- Upload Specialist Letters and Diagnostic Imaging Reports, automatically or manually.
- Remove documents your practice has previously uploaded.
- Audit all interactions with My Health Record.

HealthTrack supports uploading the following document types:
- Specialist Letter
- Diagnostic Imaging Report
Prerequisites
Before using My Health Record, confirm the following are in place at your practice:
- Health Identifiers (HI) are configured and active.
- NASH certificates are installed at each location. HealthTrack uses the same certificates for My Health Record as for Health Identifiers.
- The feature has been enabled for your practice by the HealthTrack team.
Access and permissions
Users need specific permissions to interact with My Health Record. These permissions are included by default in the HMS-MR_Normal permission set. Speak to your practice administrator if you need access.
